Booking Terms & Salon Policies
By booking an appointment with Laura Beverly Nails through our website, booking system, phone, or in person, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure fair scheduling for all guests and a safe, professional experience.
Booking and deposits
We do not collect deposits at the time of booking. Your card on file may be used only in accordance with our cancellation and noshow policy stated below. Please ensure your contact details and card information are accurate and up to date.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, sameday cancellations, or failure to attend will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. A 15minute grace period applies; arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time are considered a noshow and will be charged the full service amount.
Late arrivals
If running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate within the original time; however, services may be modified or shortened to avoid impacting subsequent clients. More than 15 minutes late will be treated as a noshow under the policy above.
Payments
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of your appointment. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash. Where applicable, cardonfile charges will be processed according to the cancellation/noshow policy.
Hygiene and safety
We use sterilized tools and singleuse abrasives for every client to maintain the highest hygiene standards. If you have a contagious condition (e.g., fungal infections or warts), please inform us prior to your appointment; we may reschedule to protect the safety of our team and clients.
Service guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you experience chipping, lifting, or other issues within 48 hours of your appointment, contact us promptly and we will schedule a complimentary fix as soon as possible. After 48 hours, standard service fees may apply.
Right to cancel, refuse, or reschedule
Laura Beverly Nails reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse services at any time without explanation. Any prepayments (if applicable) will be handled at the business’s discretion in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Media release and consent
Laura Beverly Nails (the “Salon”) may take photographs, videos, or other media recordings (“Media”) of clients receiving services for promotional, marketing, educational, or public use. By receiving services, you consent to the Salon photographing or recording hands, feet, or other visible areas being treated. Media may be used on social media, our website, advertisements, promotional materials, and for training or educational purposes. You grant the Salon irrevocable rights to use, edit, and publish the Media without compensation, and the Salon may use your first name, service details, or testimonials alongside Media. Other clients or visitors may independently capture Media in public areas of the Salon.
Privacy
Your personal information (e.g., name, email, phone, and payment details) is kept secure and used solely for appointment scheduling, confirmations, and salon communications, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Updates to terms
These terms and policies may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page and applies to future bookings.
Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to these policies, including our 24hour cancellation window, noshow fee, and 15minute grace period.
